Bahan-bahan Resep Pulut ayam jamur

1 kilogram beras ketan, rendam
200 gr daging ayam
2 buah cabe hioki, rendam
50 gram butir biji teratai, lalu rendam
5 sdt minyak wijen
2 sendok makan  udang kering
3 butir bawang putih, lalu iris-iris
3 sendok makan saus tiram
1 sendok teh garam
1 sendok teh penyedap rasa
1 sendok teh lada bubuk
1/2 sendok teh kaldu ayam bubuk
2 sendok  kecap manis
400 cc air
