Bahan cake lapis Puding Buah

300 ml putih telur
1 sendok teh cream of tartar
1/2 sendok makan cake emulsifier
150 gram gula pasir
1/2 sendok teh garam
150 gram tepung terigu
50 gram margarin, cairkan
1 sendok teh pasta pandan
50 ml air dan suji



Isian Puding buah

400 ml susu air
1 bungkus agae-agar
100 gram gula pasir
2 butir putih telur, kocok hingga kaku
1 kaleng fruit cocktail, tiriskan
